David Wetherald
DIRECTOR
Mr. Wetherald brings over 30 years of legal, human resources and corporate governance experience. Most recently, he was a member of the senior management team at Toromont Industries Ltd. as Vice-President, Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Secretary.
Mr Wetherald previously enjoyed a successful stint at Torstar Corporation from 1991 to 2002 in progressively senior positions culminating as Director of Development and Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Mr Wetherald commenced his career as a Corporate Law lawyer at Davies in 1988.
